Lets Congress meet outside Washington, D.C

Authorizes Congress to assemble outside Washington, D.C., during the 119th Congress if the House Speaker and Senate Majority Leader agree it serves the public interest.

• Congress could meet somewhere other than Washington, D.C
• The House Speaker and Senate Majority Leader must agree it is in the public interest
• They must consult the House and Senate Minority Leaders first
• The rule applies to the 119th Congress
