Authorizes Capitol grounds for police memorial events

Lets the National Fraternal Order of Police hold a memorial service and a pipe band exhibition on Capitol grounds on May 14 and 15, 2026.

• The pipe band exhibition is set for May 14, 2026
• The National Fraternal Order of Police sponsors both events
• House Speaker and Senate Rules Committee can set alternate dates
