Directs removal of U.S. forces from Iran hostilities

Tells the President to pull U.S. troops out of fighting against Iran unless Congress declares war or passes a specific approval for military force against Iran.

• Troops would stay only if Congress declares war or approves force against Iran
• Forces needed to defend against an imminent attack are not covered
• The President must follow a rule requiring troops to leave after 60 days without Congress approving
