Directs removal of U.S. forces from Iran hostilities

• Does not apply if Congress declares war or approves military force against Iran
• Forces needed to defend the U.S., an ally, or a partner from an imminent attack are exempt
• The President must follow the War Powers Resolution's rules for those exempt forces
