Cancels the rule that makes certain oil and gas facilities pay a yearly charge when their methane and greenhouse gas emissions go over set limits.
- Ends the yearly waste emissions charge for facilities that go over emission limits
- Covers onshore and offshore facilities that produce oil or gas
- Nullifies the EPA rule published November 18, 2024
