Cancels a National Park Service rule that restricted off-road vehicles in parts of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Arizona and Utah.
- Reopens an 8-mile stretch of the Poison Spring Loop in the Orange Cliffs area
- Restores park authority to allow off-road vehicles on the upper Flint Trail
- Ends limits on driving off certain roads to the Lake Powell shoreline
