Reduces taxes, changes spending for federal programs, raises the debt limit, and rewrites farm subsidy, crop insurance, and food aid rules.
- Tightens SNAP work rules, raising the age limit to 65 and covering parents of children 14 and older
- Extends price support, dairy, and marketing loan programs through crop year 2031
- Increases crop insurance subsidies and coverage levels, and expands aid for beginning farmers
- Raises the federal debt limit and reduces taxes
