Stops federal money from paying for rent, housing vouchers, mortgage help, utilities, hotel stays and housing services for people living in the country unlawfully.
- Covers rent, security deposits, rental debt, vouchers, mortgage and utility help
- Also covers hotels, emergency and permanent housing, and housing case work
- Agencies must make funding recipients certify they follow the ban
- Agencies may fine violators or cut off their funds for a period
