Health plans that must cover adult children on a parent's policy would have to keep covering them until age 31, starting with plan years after 2026.
- Raises the required coverage age for adult children from 26 to 31
- Applies to health plan years beginning after December 31, 2026
- Changes the Public Health Service Act to make the new age limit
