Raises veterans' benefits for apprenticeship training
Changes veterans' education benefits so people in apprenticeships or on-the-job training get the same monthly amounts as those in college programs.
- Housing payments during apprenticeships would match those of a service member with dependents
- Monthly education payments for on-the-job training would be the full amount, not a reduced rate
