Makes the government's comptroller report every three months on federal plane trips by the president, vice president, cabinet secretaries and other top officials, and publish the reports online.
- Reports are due within 30 days of the law passing, then every three months
- They must list trips tied to elections or political activity and whether the government was paid back
- They must list personal trips where a cheaper way to travel existed
- Reports would use data from the General Services Administration and be posted on the government watchdog's website
