Stops people diagnosed with gender dysphoria from holding certain federal jobs with mental health standards, and from getting or renewing some federal licenses.
- Covers jobs where agencies set mental health standards for safety or performance
- Also covers federal licenses and certificates conditioned on mental health standards
- Agencies must write rules for covered jobs and credentials within 180 days
