Requires each senator, representative, delegate, and the resident commissioner to convene and attend at least 12 public town halls a year in their state or district.
- At least 12 town halls a year, free and open to the public
- Covers senators, representatives, delegates, and the resident commissioner
- Notice must be public at least 4 days ahead, with date, time, and city
- Each town hall runs at least 1 hour unless urgent circumstances cut it short
