Requires states to share data with DOJ in fraud cases

Requires states to hand over information the Justice Department asks for when it investigates fraud in federally funded programs like Medicaid and SNAP food aid.

• Covers Medicaid, SNAP, TANF cash aid, COVID-era payments to states and other programs DOJ flags
• The information can only be used for fraud cases, not other purposes
• DOJ must report yearly on requests made, investigations opened and convictions
