H.R. 10329
Directs Small Business Administration to share foreign threat information
Requires the Small Business Administration to create and hand out materials about foreign activities that harm small businesses, and to update them each year.
- Materials would cover trade secret theft, cyberattacks, forced labor and counterfeit goods
- The agency would share them through its district offices and other programs
- Officials would review and update the materials every year starting October 1, 2027
- Congress would be told when a foreign activity is found to pose a major security risk
