Requires the Small Business Administration to use one set of templates for its disaster loan press releases and fact sheets so the information stays accurate and up to date.
- Must set the new procedures within 180 days of the bill becoming law
- Field offices would use standard templates and check them before release
- Templates would be reviewed every year and right after major changes
- Lawmakers on small business committees would be told within 30 days of any changes
