Creates a point of contact at airports who helps trafficking survivors who lack government ID get through security and fly, and waives the identity-check fee for them.
- Airports with federal screening must name a Trafficking Survivor Point of Contact within 1 year
- The contact helps verify a survivor's identity and walks them through screening and to the gate
- Identity verification fees are waived for survivors who fly under the program
- Nonprofits must register 30 days ahead and confirm they will meet the traveler on arrival
