Requires new signs at Ronald A. Robinson Post Office

Requires the Postal Service to replace "Forest Park Station" exterior signs at a Little Rock post office with "Ronald A. Robinson Station" signs, if the owner agrees and a neighborhood group provides them.

• The Heights Neighborhood Association would provide the new signs
• New signs would read "Ronald A. Robinson Station" and replace "Forest Park Station"
• The building owner must give written permission before signs are removed or displayed
• The Postal Service would not pay for removing or displaying the signs
