Gives Medal of Honor recipients military base access cards

Medal of Honor recipients would get an identification card letting them enter any military base and the Pentagon on their own, and the Defense Department would create a staff person to help them.

• Recipients could enter any military installation and the Pentagon without an escort
• A Medal of Honor Liaison, chosen by the Defense Secretary, would be their main contact in the department
• The liaison would help replace lost medals and set base rules for how recipients are treated
• The liaison would also advise the Defense Secretary on recipients serving on active duty, including in combat
