Requires a defense official to build an online dashboard showing the condition, cost, and unfunded needs of military research and testing buildings.
- The dashboard must be running within one year of the law passing
- It shows each building's location, age, size, condition, and value, plus planned projects
- It also tracks unfunded building needs, equipment values, and trends over time
- Lawmakers must be told within 30 days once it is working; the program ends December 30, 2030
