Lets tribes reallocate housing vouchers voluntarily
Directs the head of housing and urban development to set up a program that lets vouchers under the Tribal HUD-VASH program be moved around, if the tribes involved choose to take part.
- The housing secretary would create the new program

- Tribes would take part only if they choose to
- Covers housing vouchers given to tribes through that program
