Directs Pentagon to update missile defense asset list

Requires the Secretary of Defense to add assets tied to building, fielding, and running a missile defense system called Golden Dome to the department's list of critical assets.

• The list would include assets needed to develop the Golden Dome missile defense system
• It would also cover assets needed to deploy and operate that system
