Bans naming defense assets after sitting presidents

Would stop the Department of Defense from naming its assets, like ships or bases, after a president who is currently in office.

• Applies to assets owned or run by the Department of Defense
• A sitting president's name could not be used for those assets
• Would change the law that governs the armed forces
