Stops the Department of Defense from buying or operating certain robotic systems and parts made in China.
- Bans buying new Chinese robotic systems within one year
- Bans operating these robots in sensitive areas within two years
- Allows temporary waivers in specific cases if approved by the Secretary of Defense
