Requires warning label and catch kit for abortion drugs

Would treat an abortion drug as misbranded unless its label says "Do Not Flush" and unless a catch kit is required.

• An abortion drug would be considered misbranded without a "Do Not Flush" warning label
• The bill would also require a catch kit
• It changes the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
