Sets site for Smithsonian women's history museum

Authorizes a Smithsonian museum on women's history to be located on the National Mall in Washington, District of Columbia, and sets rules for its site, approval, and exhibits.

• The museum would be built on the South Monument site on the National Mall
• The President could pick a different site within 180 days of the bill becoming law
• The Smithsonian must get approval from the Commission of Fine Arts to plan and build
• The museum would focus on biological women and could not present any biological male as female
