Requires event ticket sellers to show total price
Event ticket sellers, including resellers, must show the total price and itemized fees up front, and refund buyers if events are canceled or postponed.
- Total ticket price must appear when a ticket is first shown and in ads or price lists
- Before purchase, sellers must list base price and each fee, such as service or processing fees
- Sellers without possession of a ticket cannot sell or advertise one for an event
- Refunds of the total ticket price are required if an event is canceled or postponed
