Restores TVA financial reports and limits salary listings
Restores the Tennessee Valley Authority's yearly financial report to Congress and changes which employee salaries must be listed to those paid above a high federal pay grade.
- Restores an annual TVA financial statement and report to Congress each March
- Requires names, salaries, and duties for employees paid above General Schedule grade 13
- Drops the old rule that listed employees earning more than $1,500 a year
