Sanctions people tied to forced organ harvesting

Requires the President to sanction people and groups involved in forced organ harvesting or organ trafficking, and lets the State Department deny or revoke passports in some related criminal cases.

• The President must give Congress a list of people and groups that help forced organ harvesting or organ trafficking
• For each listed person, the President must block their property and visas
• The State Department may deny or revoke a passport of someone convicted of a federal organ-trafficking crime
• The passport step applies if the person is under sentence or supervision and used a passport or border in the crime
