Creates one public website where agencies report how much disaster assistance they give out and what projects the money paid for.
- Applies to the Small Business Administration, Housing and Urban Development, and other aid-giving agencies
- Agencies must post totals of assistance provided and amounts spent or committed
- Agencies must list the projects or activities the money was used for
- Information is posted four times a year
