Gives free lifetime park passes to military survivors

Gives certain surviving family members of service members who died in service a free lifetime pass to national parks and federal recreation lands.

• Eligible survivors are those entitled to a death gratuity or dependency and indemnity compensation
• Pass lasts a lifetime and covers national parks and federal recreational lands
• Death gratuity can apply when the service member died on active duty or during inactive duty training
