Non-citizens convicted of, or admitting to, fraud against federal benefit programs could be blocked from entering the U.S. or removed, and lose most immigration relief.
- Covers fraud involving food assistance, Social Security, and programs receiving federal money
- Also covers making fake identification documents
- Applies to people convicted of or admitting to those acts
- Makes them unable to get immigration relief, including protection from torture
