Requires agencies to report other transaction spending
Makes agencies post spending under other transaction agreements on USAspending.gov, and requires Treasury to publish that data and report missing spending.
- Adds other transaction agreements to the spending data agencies must report to USAspending.gov
- Treasury must send that data automatically to the website and provide a central view of it
- Treasury must post a yearly report on total unposted award spending and why it was not posted
- For 10 years, inspectors general at certain agencies must report on spending data and data standards
