Creates public databases of federal criminal offenses

Makes the Justice Department and other federal agencies list the criminal offenses they enforce in public databases and report on them to Congress.

• The Justice Department must report to Congress on all federal criminal laws
• It must also create a public database of those offenses
• Other federal agencies must report on and post the criminal rules they enforce
