Excludes veterans' disability pay from housing aid income
Service-connected disability compensation would no longer count as income when deciding whether a veteran qualifies for community development block grant help.

- The grants pay for neighborhood renewal, economic development and community facilities
- The Government Accountability Office would study how disability pay is counted in housing programs
- It would also list places where that counting differs from the new rule
