Requires baby changing tables on Amtrak trains

Amtrak would have to put a baby changing table in at least one restroom in each passenger car, including a restroom that meets disability access rules.

• Each Amtrak passenger rail car must have a baby changing table in at least one restroom
• At least one of those tables must be in a restroom that meets disability access rules
• Covers trains Amtrak owns and runs, plus new trains Amtrak buys after the bill passes
