Directs placement of a Benjamin Franklin statue in the Capitol

Requires a congressional committee to hire someone to make a statue of Benjamin Franklin and put it in the Capitol, in a spot people pass on guided tours, by the end of 2026.

• The Joint Committee on the Library must arrange for the statue
• The statue goes in a public spot that guided Capitol tours pass by
• The contract must be signed by December 31, 2025
• The statue must be in place by December 31, 2026
