Creates a program to find Jewish service members buried in overseas U.S. military cemeteries under markers that say they were not Jewish, and to contact their families.

• The commission that runs overseas U.S. military cemeteries would run the program
• It would contact survivors and descendants of the service members identified
• A nonprofit group would do the work under contract for the first 10 years
