Requires monthly reports on certain unlawful border crossings
Requires Homeland Security to publish each month how many people who may pose a national security risk were encountered trying to enter the country unlawfully, and where.
- Homeland Security would put out a report every month
- Reports would give the number of people encountered
- Reports would list their nationalities or countries of last residence
- Reports would say where the encounters happened
