Requires federally funded schools to use sex at birth for sports under federal education law, blocking students born male from women's and girls' teams.
- Bars students whose biological sex at birth was male from women's or girls' school teams
- Applies to federally funded education programs, including public elementary, secondary schools and colleges
- Allows those students to train or practice with women's or girls' teams if female opportunities are not reduced
- Requires a report on negative psychological, developmental, participatory, and sociological effects on girls
