Lets Cape Fox choose replacement land

Cape Fox Corporation no longer has to receive about 185 acres in Saxman's township and may instead get about 180 acres in Tongass National Forest, with underground rights to Sealaska.

• Cape Fox no longer has to take about 185 acres in Saxman's township
• It can instead select about 180 acres of surface land in Tongass National Forest within 90 days
• The Interior Department must transfer that surface land to Cape Fox if selected
• Underground rights go to Sealaska Corporation, and public access is kept
