Relocates Small Business Administration offices from sanctuary areas
Requires the Small Business Administration to move regional, district, or local offices out of areas that limit sharing immigration information or certain federal requests.
- Requires moving an office within 60 days of the agency saying it is in a sanctuary area
- The new office must be outside any sanctuary area
- The agency cannot open offices in sanctuary areas
- Sanctuary areas limit sharing immigration status or certain Homeland Security requests
