Caps at 16 the number of for-profit small business lending companies allowed to make 7(a) small business loans at any one time.
- No more than 16 for-profit small business lending companies may be authorized at once
- The cap applies to companies that make 7(a) loans
- Only for-profit lending companies are covered by the limit
