Requires the Transportation Department to publicly identify what makes it hard for veterans and departing service members to get supply chain jobs, and what steps agencies could take to help.
- Plan must identify barriers for veterans searching for or training for supply chain work
- Must also list challenges employers face recruiting and keeping veteran workers
- Recommends short- and long-term actions for the Transportation, Defense, Veterans Affairs and Labor departments
