Creates online scheduling for veterans' health care
Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to build an electronic system for scheduling health care appointments, including with outside providers, within two years.
- VA must set up the electronic scheduling process within two years of the bill becoming law
- VA staff who schedule appointments must take a required training program
- VA must set performance benchmarks and measure results for the new process
- Extends a $90 monthly limit on pensions for certain veterans in Medicaid nursing homes through June 30, 2033
