Makes the Department of Energy report on when it lowers or drops the share of costs that nonfederal partners must pay for energy research and development projects.
- Report is due within 120 days after the bill becomes law
- Follow-up reports are required at least every three months
- Covers projects for research, development, demonstration, and commercial use of energy technology
