Expands who can stay at Fisher Houses
Lets active-duty service members, their families, and veterans' family members stay in Fisher House lodging when space is free and they travel far for medical care.
- Active-duty service members who travel a long way for care could stay
- Family members and others accompanying them could also stay
- Family of veterans and of other health plan members could stay too
- Limits on pension amounts for some hospitalized veterans would last through July 2033
