Requires threat assessment on Tren de Aragua gang

Tells the Department of Homeland Security to write a report on the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua and similar criminal groups, then a plan to deal with them at the border.

• Homeland Security must describe current and possible criminal threats from the gang
• The report must cover the gang's origins, goals, funding sources, and growth in the U.S
• A strategic plan is due within one year after the threat assessment
• The plan must include sharing information with other agencies and police
