Excludes some Alaska Native trust payments from aid eligibility

For aged, blind, or disabled Alaska Natives and their descendants, certain settlement trust payments would be excluded when deciding eligibility for need-based federal programs like food assistance.

• Applies to Alaska Natives or descendants who are aged, blind, or disabled
• Covers certain payments from Alaska Native settlement trusts
• Those payments would not count for need-based federal programs, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
