Requires monthly reports on disaster loans
Makes the Small Business Administration report monthly on its disaster loan program and tell Congress when the money for those loans is running low.
- The agency must report every month, not only during a major disaster
- Reports must estimate when loan funding will fall to a tenth of its latest budget and when it will run out
- If a report is late, the agency's head cannot use money for official travel
- The President's yearly budget must list disaster loans and COVID-19 loans separately, with reasons for any change
